AFFILIATE TERMS
1. THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
The Million Secret operates an affiliate program that allows eligible members to promote qualifying products and receive commissions according to these Affiliate Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate, an individual must have an eligible account and satisfy the requirements established by The Million Secret.
3. AFFILIATE LINKS
Affiliates may receive unique tracking links or other approved referral mechanisms.
Affiliate commissions are attributed according to the tracking system used by the platform and the applicable program rules.
4. LEVEL REQUIREMENT
The Million Secret operates a level-based affiliate structure.
An affiliate may be eligible to receive commissions associated with a particular level only where the affiliate has activated the corresponding level and all other applicable requirements have been satisfied.
5. COMMISSION RATE
The affiliate program may provide commissions of up to 90% on qualifying transactions, subject to the applicable level, program rules, transaction conditions and any applicable fees, adjustments or exclusions.
The displayed commission rate is not a guarantee of earnings.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF INCOME
Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee any minimum level of income, sales or commissions.
Affiliate results may vary substantially depending on individual effort, audience, marketing activity, demand, market conditions and other factors.
7. PROHIBITED PROMOTION METHODS
Affiliates must not:
- Make false or misleading claims about The Million Secret.
- Guarantee income or financial results.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions.
- Use spam or unsolicited communications.
- Impersonate The Million Secret.
- Use deceptive advertising.
- Attempt to manipulate tracking or commissions.
- Use the brand in a manner that may damage its reputation.
8. BRAND AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Affiliates may only use The Million Secret branding and promotional materials in accordance with the instructions provided by the platform.
9. SELF-REFERRALS AND MANIPULATION
Self-referrals, artificial transactions, fraudulent purchases, tracking manipulation or other attempts to generate commissions improperly are prohibited.
10. COMMISSION REVERSALS
Commissions may be adjusted, reversed or withheld where a transaction is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed or otherwise determined not to qualify under the applicable program rules.
11. WITHDRAWALS
Affiliate withdrawals are subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold, verification requirements, available payment methods and processing procedures established by The Million Secret.
The current minimum withdrawal threshold may be displayed within the affiliate area or applicable platform documentation.
12. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Affiliates are responsible for complying with the tax, reporting and legal obligations applicable to them in their country or jurisdiction.
13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
The Million Secret may suspend or terminate affiliate participation where an affiliate violates these Terms, applicable law or the rules of the program.
14. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
The Million Secret may modify commission structures, eligibility requirements, payment procedures or other program rules, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By participating in the affiliate program, the affiliate confirms that they have read and accepted these Affiliate Terms.
